Includes - (1) U.S. federal trademark search of pending and registered trademarks filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, plus searches of common law trademarks on the Internet, on social media, in domain names, and in relation to web images; (2) Search report with detailed list of most relevant marks plus a risk assessment and filing recommendation from licensed trademark attorney; (3) U.S. intent-to-use trademark application preparation and filing in one International Class; (4) Two 15 minute Zoom calls with licensed trademark attorney (one when we receive your request and one after we complete your trademark search (5) Email notifications of deadlines regarding your trademark application. (6) A second trademark search for a second mark if a conflict is found during search of the first mark; and (7) A second U.S. intent-to-use trademark application preparation and filing in one International Class (not including gov’t filing fee) if first mark receives a final refusal to register from the USPTO.

By submitting this form, you declare under oath that you have a bona fide intention, and are entitled, to use the trademark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and understand that the filing of an “Intent to Use” application will require you to do at least the following before the mark will register: (1) begin using the mark in interstate commerce; and (2) file an Allegation of Use that includes a specimen showing use of the mark in commerce on the identified goods and pay the required fees associated therewith (currently $350 per Class).

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that before we begin working on your matter, you will be required to pay in full for the trademark service package fee you have selected plus the USPTO application filing fees (currently $350).

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and understand that even if your trademark application has been approved, examination of the Statement of Use may result in a refusal to register. Other fees may be required before your mark can register, including responding to any Office Actions from the USPTO (estimated costs and fees provided at that time, but typically $399-$1399). You further declare that no representations, promises, warranties, or guarantees have been made, expressed or implied, regarding the outcome of your trademark application, and nothing shall be construed as such a representation, promise, warranty, or guarantee. Any trademark searching or trademark application filing as part of any provided service does not guarantee that a mark is registrable or will be registered, as this depends on what the USPTO may find as registrable and/or if any third parties oppose your registration.

The following additional services may be purchased if not already included in your selected package: (1) U.S. Federal (USPTO) Trademark Search for $299; (2) Comprehensive Trademark Search including U.S. Federal (USPTO) Trademark Search, International World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Trademark Search, and Common Law Trademark Searches, which includes a social media search, a domain name search, and a web image search for $399; (3) Each additional International Class of Goods to an intent-to-use trademark application for $200 plus the USPTO fee of $350; (4) Trademark Watch Service for $49 per month; (5) Additional telephone or email consultations for $400 per hour billed in 15 minute increments; and (6) Responding to Office Actions from the USPTO, typically $299-$1399.
